Bayada Home Health Care is hiring a compassionate Full Time or Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to serve adult clients on a per visit basis in York County. A PA LPN license and at least one year of recent LPN experience are required; prior home care is preferred but not required. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients' homes, traveling between cases and documenting in an EMR on a touch pad.
