You’ll collaborate with nursing and engagement teams to deliver person-centred activities, safety-focused care and compassionate support in a busy aged-care environment. Essential items include First Aid and CPR, a genuine heart for elder care, strong communication and rapport-building, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it. A Certificate III in Individual Support or Leisure and Lifestyle is desirable.
