Teck Resources is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join Trail Operations, one of the world’s largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelting complexes. The role requires operating mobile cranes up to 80 tonnes, rigging for lifting, and performing routine crane maintenance while demonstrating strong safety leadership. Required certifications include Hydraulic 80 Tonne and Under or Journeyperson Crane Operator, and a Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement; Class 1 is a plus. You must live within 100 km of Trail BC, relocation is offered but there is no company housing. Benefits include health plans, pension, paid leave, and wellness support. This role is based in the welcoming community of Trail, situated in the beautiful West Kootenay region of southeastern British Columbia. Here you will find outdoor adventure at your fingertips! Whether it’s biking and skiing, or the laid-back atmosphere of fishing and hiking, there is something for everyone.
Please note this role does require the successful candidate to live within 100KM of Trail. British, Columbia. Relocation assistance will be offered, however there is no camp or company housing.
Pay Range: $50.40 per hour
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
