We’re seeking a Locomotive Driver Training Specialist, with a current Cert IV in Train Driving as well as a Cert IV in Training & Assessment to lead crew development. Opportunity can be based at our Gladstone or Gracemere Depot. You’ll deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency, and work closely with supervisors to ensure safe, high-performing operations.

What you’ll do:

• Coach and assess train crew to meet operational standards
• Deliver tailored training plans and sessions
• Champion safety and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Current locomotive driver accreditation
• current Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Strong safety record and operational knowledge
• Proven leadership, mentoring and communication skills
