Dexterra Group is seeking a Lodge Manager for a Horizon North camp facility in Edmonton, offering a 20 days on/10 days off rotation and 12‑hour shifts with transportation from a designated pickup point. The Lodge Manager will oversee daily lodge operations, ensure high quality hospitality, food quality, cleanliness and Health and Safety programs, and lead hiring and performance management with HR. You will analyze revenue, forecast budgets and create staff schedules to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hospitality management experience, post secondary education in business or hospitality, strong MS Office and hospitality software skills, and proven revenue analysis. WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 20 days on and 10 days off, with 12-hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point as assigned.
The Lodge Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Lodge. The successful candidate will bring their operational, people management and customer service expertise to the project to support the development of a dynamic high functioning team.
This position is safety sensitive and requires drug, alcohol, and fit to work testing as a condition of employment.
