You’ll analyze processes, map current and future value streams, support 5S and continuous improvement, document processes to quality standards, and validate materials against bills of materials. Ideal candidates are seniors in Engineering or Supply Chain or Master’s students who can turn findings into practical recommendations, with strong communication and organization, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, exposure to SAP, and AutoCAD preferred, plus a year‑long on‑site commitment. Apply with a focused resume and examples of measurable project outcomes, and show your fit for mentoring and global opportunities.

  • Support continuous improvement projects, including time studies, process balancing, and 5S implementation.

  • Document logistics processes in line with quality standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Validate materials and spare part kits against bills of materials to improve accuracy and reliability.

  • Ability to analyze processes and translate findings into practical improvement recommendations.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and exposure to ERP systems such as SAP. AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

  • Ability to work on-site and commit for at least 1 year to the program.
