What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Coach and develop operators and team leaders through training, feedback, and performance support.
- Drive root-cause problem solving to remove obstacles and improve processes on the production floor.
- Build flexible, high-performing teams through smart work assignments and cross-training.
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized workplace, supporting 5S and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of production, safety, and quality expectations in an industrial setting.
- Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle day-to-day people decisions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
