We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Allocation Solutions Manager to join the Collections By TikTok (CBT) logistics team. This role involves planning from our consolidation locations through to Middle Mile and Last Mile allocation via mutiple LSP's, leveraging data to drive change, building models to improve cost and leadtime. Creating strong relationships with logistics service providers and owning solutions to unlock new shipping lanes through the CBT program.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Collections By TikTok (CBT) First Mile(FM) and Middle Mile (MM) operations include improve job collection success rate, jobs per route, volume per route and reducing CPP for CBT.
- Managing capacity allocation, partnering with procurement, finance and strategy teams to align on forward thinking approaches that reduce cost and leadtime.
- Working with cross functional teams and external suppliers to consume data and supply data, improving operational intelligence. Managing the throughput and capacity handover from First Mile (FM) to MM/LM.
- Identify pain points, highlight challenges and recommend optimal solutions to deliver against KPI's. Build procedures and systems to gain better E2E performance for merchants and customers.
- Solutions include but are not limited to internal system features, suppliers platforms, driver facing applications, internal shipment tracking software, consolidation operations network design, warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, write business recommendations to propose change and ensure designed solutions are launched as planned with quality in mind.
