Key Responsibilities: - Monitor security cameras and alert management to any suspicious activity - Conduct regular patrols throughout the warehouse and store areas - Respond promptly to security concerns and incidents - Assist with access control and customer safety protocols - Report and document any security issues or concerns - Support the team with general loss prevention initiatives as needed

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
