DO & CO AG is hiring a Lounge Bartender in Hounslow for a full-time onsite role delivering luxury lounge hospitality. You will greet guests, open and close the bar, craft coffees and cocktails, maintain machines, and keep the area spotless. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly under pressure, with fluent English and flexibility. Job Description

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
• Maintaining the opening and closing of the bar for each shift.
• Making coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Maintaining the coffee machines.
• Knowledge of food product offered in the Lounge; and
• Maintaining bar stock control documentation
• Cleaning up the entire bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great Team player
• Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
• Self-motivated attitude
• Confident working in a team
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Right to work in the UK
