Minor Hotels is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Marketing Executive to drive the Minor Discovery loyalty program, reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM Marketing. This data driven marketer will support loyalty delivery, CRM processes across the member lifecycle, and planning and execution of campaigns with internal teams and partners. Key requirements include CRM or email marketing experience, hospitality exposure preferred, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, and a strong ability to analyse engagement data and manage multiple priorities. Nice to have SQL HTML AMPScript. Onsite in Brisbane with Australian or NZ working rights.
