Rockgas is hiring an LPG Driver/Filler in Christchurch for a full-time onsite role. After initial training you’ll often work solo, moving and delivering LPG cylinders while maintaining a strong health and safety focus. You’ll need a Class 2 heavy vehicle license (a Dangerous Goods endorsement is an advantage but can be trained), proven truck delivery experience, a customer-service mindset, good fitness for lifting cylinders, solid communication and teamwork, and flexibility to work outside normal hours in all weather. He aha tau mahi - What you will do:
You will often work in a sole charge capacity (after an initial training period) and require a full Class 2 license. It’s pretty physical as you’ll be moving and filling a lot of LPG cylinders, loading and unloading them on to trucks and delivering across the Christchurch area. We’re big on health and safety here at Rockgas, so you’ll need to do all this while maintaining a safe work environment.
