About the role
As a Mail and Parcel Officer in our Customer Operations Liaison Team (COLT) you’ll work closely with the COLT Coordinator across mail and parcel processing centres to assist in the acceptance, checking, and processing of customer lodgements. Your focus will be on lodgement compliance, and providing frontline support to our operational teams.
This role combines operational mail and parcel handling and quality assurance work — a dynamic position for someone who likes variety and meaningful impact.
Would suit someone who's confident engaging with others, capable of spotting inconsistencies, and eager to contribute to improvements in how we operate. Ideal for someone with a background in logistics or warehousing with high attention to detail.
This job is working across multiple parcel facilities (not customer facing) and requires someone with a driver’s licence and own car, willing to fill in at other locations as required. This position will be based mainly at the Brisbane Parcel Facility at Redbank but will also require the successful person to travel as required to Murarrie and the Gold Coast to support in line with business requirements. All car use will be reimbursed.

Training and Support
