This is a practical, hands-on role within a facility that focuses on packaging solutions, with opportunities to collaborate across production and engineering teams.

It’s a solid fit for someone who values teamwork, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to maintaining complex machinery on a daily basis.
Keeping the corrugating line humming
In this role you’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment used in corrugating and converting, including machines like corrugators, flexo folder gluers, die cutters and related systems, aiming to keep performance steady and downtime low. You’ll also diagnose problems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic subsystems, working to restore function quickly and safely. Preventive maintenance will be a regular part of the day, helping to extend the life of machinery and sustain efficiency. You’ll team up with production and engineering colleagues to spot improvement ideas and, when needed, participate in the installation, commissioning or decommissioning of machinery. Safety always comes first, with adherence to established protocols to protect yourself and teammates.

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with your manufacturing maintenance experience as a Millwright or Mechanic, and call out at least three years in similar settings so the hiring team sees you meet the core requirement at a glance.
Show how you prove the must-have skills by naming specific examples. If you’ve read and used technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot or install equipment, mention particular projects or outcomes to illustrate your capability.
Be prepared to discuss how you approach maintenance work, including preventive and predictive practices, how you minimize downtime, and how you collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvements.
Have a thoughtful question ready to ask at the end of the interview, such as which corrugating and converting equipment is currently in use and what projects are planned for the next 6 to 12 months, to show you’re thinking about how you’d contribute from day one.
