Minor Hotels is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Officer at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites on a part-time, 24-hour week. You’ll keep guest rooms, public areas, and facilities safe and presented, support preventative maintenance, inspect spaces, and supervise external contractors while maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates bring hands-on building maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel, strong organizational skills, a proactive eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be prepared for a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekends and afterhours, and highlight how you can manage contractor works and comply with timelines. Emphasize working rights in AU or NZ.
