They are recognized as a technical expert with the ability to rapidly diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment issues while implementing sustainable corrective actions to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
As a key member of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, supports line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Reliability teams to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
