Le Café LPM is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Dubai to maintain and repair every corner of the venue, ensuring safety, functionality, and brand standard presentation as the brand grows from day one. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality or premium F&B, strong multi-trade skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, and solid problem solving, with familiarity with Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance; English is required. You maintain and repair every corner of Le Café LPM. You ensure the space stays safe, functional, and always presented to brand standards.

What we are looking for

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities, ideally within hospitality, retail, or premium F&B environments.

· Strong technical capability across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs and problem solving.

· Familiar with Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance requirements.

· English is a must.
