ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time onsite work in Dubai. The role covers preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves and conveyors; you will diagnose faults, perform alignment, balancing, lubrication and calibration, replace defective components and read engineering drawings while monitoring performance to drive reliability improvements and ensuring safety standards, permit-to-work procedures and HSE compliance. You will maintain CMMS records, support shutdowns and major projects, and coordinate with production and engineering to minimize downtime. Requirements include a Diploma or ITI or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and 2-5+ years of relevant experience; safety or rotating equipment certifications are a plus.
