Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records accurately
Assist with event setup and breakdown when maintenance support is required
Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of general building systems, including electrical and plumbing
Ability to use maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment
