Main responsabilities ... 

As Maintenance Technician you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing maintenance support to the building.

• Making sure that all areas and facilities of the house are up to the highest maintenance status
• Performing painting and repairing of walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, locks and keys
• Performing electrical and mechanical repairs
• Performing repairs on fans and air conditioning
• Performing routine plumbing repairs
• Performing carpentry work
• Documenting work accomplished and closely liaising with the Maintenance Manager on projects
• Being aware and observing safety precautions and fire safety procedures and emergency action plans

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous experience in maintenance (is a big plus) preferably in hotels  
• Background as a carpenter and electrician is preferred 
• Should have experience in volume and high pressure operations
• You are flexible to work on weekends and evenings
• Ability to consistently maintain positive vendor and employee relationships
• Strong verbal communication in English
