Deliver end-to-end transformation across Life & Pensions, from strategy and analysis through to execution.
The Role
Capco is seeking a Management Consultant with strong Life & Pensions expertise to join our Insurance practice. This role combines both Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management capabilities, supporting clients across strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology transformation initiatives.
You will work across the full change lifecycle — shaping problem statements, defining requirements, designing target operating models, and leading delivery. From regulatory implementation to digital modernisation and core platform change, you will help Life & Pensions providers navigate complexity while delivering measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support end-to-end transformation initiatives across Life & Pensions, spanning strategy, analysis, and delivery
- Define business requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate regulatory or strategic drivers into structured change artefacts
- Manage project plans, governance forums, RAID processes, budgets, and stakeholder communications
- Support implementation activities including testing strategy, UAT coordination, and benefits realisation tracking
- Partner with business and technology teams to align operating model design, process change, and system implementation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering change within Life & Pensions, either in consulting or industry roles
- Strong Business Analysis capability (requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design) combined with delivery or project leadership experience
- Demonstrable success supporting regulatory, operational, or technology transformation programmes
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting regulatory initiatives such as IFRS17, Consumer Duty, Solvency II, or similar
- Familiarity with policy administration systems, claims platforms, or digital distribution in Life & Pensions
- Experience delivering front-to-back operating model or legacy modernisation programmes
- Exposure to data transformation, automation, or customer experience initiatives
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, BCS BA, or equivalent
Why Join Capco
- Deliver high-impact business and technology solutions for leading insurers
- Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
- Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications
