Data quality, investigation and analytics

  • Perform data analysis to identify issues impacting regulatory reporting and key MI; investigate anomalies, quantify impact, and drive remediation actions.
  • Support root-cause analysis across upstream/downstream processes and systems, ensuring fixes are sustainable and controls are strengthened.
  • Define and track data quality metrics, thresholds and reporting to support ongoing oversight and continuous improvement.

Data lifecycle & information management

  • Oversee and support the end-to-end data lifecycle from record creation to disposal (Information Lifecycle Management).
  • Support adherence to data retention schedules and ensure retention/disposal requirements are understood and applied across the organisation.
  • Support identification, documentation and governance of trusted data sources, including ownership, definitions and usage guidance.
