FareHarbor is hiring an onsite strategy and operations leader for New Markets in Amsterdam, a hands-on, people-management role that blends analytics with sales operations to scale growth. You will advise the VP of New Markets, turn ambiguous questions into data-driven decisions, own planning and performance management, and translate strategy into practical processes across functions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial strategy or sales operations, including 2+ years leading teams, Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and a willingness to work closely with frontline teams. Highlight measurable wins, experience in travel tech or software, and examples of scalable processes and AI enabled efficiencies. Explain why Amsterdam and FareHarbor’s Ohana culture resonate.

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded strategy and operations leader to help scale FareHarbor's New Markets business. This is a people-management role with direct responsibility for team members across analytics and sales operations. You will act as a strategic partner to the VP of New Markets and Commercial leadership, bringing structure to ambiguous questions, translating data into clear commercial decisions, and ensuring those decisions are implemented effectively across the organization.
You will move fluidly between strategy and execution. One day, you may frame and synthesize an ad hoc analysis on market or sales performance; the next, you may sit alongside an Account Executive to understand the reality behind the numbers, refine a process, or coordinate a cross-functional launch. You will also oversee foundational sales operations processes such as lead allocation, account ownership, target setting, performance reporting, and budgeting inputs.
The ideal candidate combines commercial judgment, analytical depth, people leadership, and operational discipline. They can challenge constructively, make complex findings accessible, and build scalable ways of working without losing sight of how Commercial teams operate in practice.
