FRoSTA AG is hiring a Manager Customer Supply Chain (f/m/d) to lead the Customer Operations Partner teams across markets (BHV, BYD, Rome) and drive harmonisation, digitalisation and value creation in Order-to-Cash, EDI and e-invoicing. The role strengthens collaboration with Commercial and Planning, ensures robust service reliability, invoice quality and low dispute levels, and helps shape a modern, integrated customer supply chain with high visibility on customer satisfaction, cash flow and operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring FMCG experience in Customer Service or OTC, proven cross-market leadership, a strong process and digital mindset, and confident stakeholder communication. Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Leading and developing the Customer Operations Partner teams across various markets and locations (BHV, BYD, Rome), and ensuring clear standards and priorities 
• Drive harmonisation, digitalisation and value creation of customer supply chain processes (e.g. Order‑to‑Cash, EDI, e‑invoicing)
• Strengthen customer collaboration and value‑added service, in close partnership with Commercial and Planning
• Ensure robust customer supply chain performance (service reliability, invoice quality, dispute levels)
• Key role in shaping a modern, integrated customer supply chain organisation
• High visibility and strong impact on customer satisfaction, cash flow and operational excellence

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Experience in Customer Service , Customer Supply Chain, Order‑to‑Cash or similar within a complex, customer‑focused environment (ideally FMCG)
• Proven leadership experience in cross‑market or cross‑functional teams
• Strong process, digital and standardisation mindset
• Confident communicator and partner for Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain leadership
