KordaMentha is seeking a Manager to join its Auckland practice, leading financial crime risk management and AML/CTF program delivery across sectors. You will work with senior leaders, mentor junior staff, conduct risk assessments, design and test controls, develop client strategies, and manage engagements from proposal to delivery, including board reporting. The ideal candidate has at least five years’ experience, a degree, AML/CTF knowledge, project management and client relations skills, and certifications such as ACAMS or ICA are a plus, with willingness to travel. We are seeking an Manager to join our rapidly expanding New Zealand practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and mitigating financial crime risks for our clients across a range of sectors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of their AML/CTF programs. The role requires both technical and operational experience working across design and operating effectiveness.
