CPKC is hiring a strategic, hands on Manager of Intermodal and Automotive Operations for the Chicago Terminal in Bensenville, leading the execution of the Intermodal Operating Plan, optimizing terminal performance and delivering exceptional service to customers while ensuring assets are used safely and cost efficiently. The role requires overseeing daily terminal activities across union, non union and contractor teams, building strong relationships with rail partners, refining plans for continuous improvement, managing budgets and safety programs, and guiding supervisors and staff. Applicants should have at least 5 years in rail, intermodal or automotive terminal operations, strong union environment experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with SAP or TMS experience as assets. Medical and Drug Testing

Management Conductor Program
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
