The Technology & Delivery team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms to provide high availability, stability and performance. The team is also responsible for delivering portfolio-level outcomes, partnering closely with business units to support business-driven scale and simplification by delivering project outcomes and technology change that enhance overall business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s strategy.

The Enterprise Portfolio team enables the successful implementation of complex and high-dependency projects, to deliver against UniSuper’s strategic outcomes.

The role

As Manager, Portfolio Execution, you will direct, manage and motivate the Portfolio Execution Team’s Project Manager and PMO capabilities to deliver outcomes that collectively meet UniSuper’s strategic objectives. You will lead delivery excellence across a complex portfolio while partnering with stakeholders to enable successful project outcomes.

  • Provide leadership to Project Managers, building capability, accountability and engagement.
  • Lead enterprise-wide projects, strategic programs, major initiatives and cross-functional change in collaboration with the Head of Enterprise Portfolio.
  • Ensure portfolio delivery is managed to a high standard and aligned to delivery lifecycles, methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Apply critical and structured thinking to complex technical, delivery and financial challenges.
  • Oversee project planning, risk and dependency management, reporting requirements and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships across Business Units and stakeholders to align priorities, resolve constraints and enable delivery success.
