We have an exciting opportunity for a senior SAP leader to join our team and oversee Queensland Rail’s SAP systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Your opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader as Manager SAP Applications. In this role, you will oversee the operational performance and ongoing improvement of our SAP environment. You will manage the end-to-end performance of our SAP systems - both on premise and in cloud – guiding system enhancements, resolving complex technical issues, and leading a blended team of in-house and outsourced SAP specialists. Acting as the key liaison between technical experts and business stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
This position is accountable for strategic planning, project and change management, and the delivery of reliable system performance that supports critical business functions across the organisation. Reporting to the Group Senior Manager ICT Operations and Service Management, you will play a central role in delivering SAP solutions that align with business needs. To succeed, you will bring resilience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
