Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Manufacturing IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-site IT-OT programs, including MES, SCADA, DCS and IIoT deployments in manufacturing. The role


• Schedule, risk, issue, and status control
• Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual milestones across multi-site IT-OT implementation programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource models, and critical-path schedules covering design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, ensuring timely resolution and transparent escalation to protect production, safety, and delivery commitments.
• Lead stakeholder management and governance, providing clear status reporting, executive dashboards, and communication across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership.
• Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed business KPIs for reliability, throughput, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity enabled by digital manufacturing solutions

 

What you’ll bring

• Manufacturing IT-OT program delivery expertise
• 10+ years of proven experience leading large-scale IT and digital transformation programs in manufacturing, including delivery of MES / SCADA / DCS / IIOT platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Executive stakeholder and risk management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
