You’ll create and deploy a mentoring and coaching framework, act as SME for development guidance, and lead a culture of continuous improvement that enhances employee engagement and retention while growing cross-functional networks to share best practice. The ideal candidate has a strong L&D HR background, strategic thinking, stakeholder management at senior levels, and solid analytical skills to measure outcomes.
