We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role supports the development, assembly, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems used in specialized manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with both hand tools and basic test equipment in a production environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components, devices, and subsystems following blueprints and work instructionsPerform wiring, soldering, terminating, and crimping for cables and assembliesAssemble lamp housings, ignition components, and other part assembliesPerform kitting of components, such as RF screens, reflectors, and magnetronsConduct low-level testing and maintain accurate documentation including work orders and travelersMaintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocolsLearn and apply best practices to support more advanced assembly tasks
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate’s degree in electronics is a plusMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with electrical/electronic systemsBasic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipmentStrong manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and assembliesBasic math skills including metric system, fractions, and decimalsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and work at heights as neededGood vision and color differentiationStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
