Make an impact with our Marketing and Administration teams as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities

  • Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time delivery
  • Provide senior level administrative support to Partners, Sr. Managers, Managers and client service teams
  • Proactive billing and collection support when needed using various MNP systems
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, events, etc with vendors, Partners, and clients and ensure materials are organized
  • Maintain vendor relationships with all external suppliers and freelancers 
  • Act as liaison between the Marketing and Translation teams to support translation requests
  • Conduct on-going reporting of workload metrics and analytics 
  • Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
  • Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams as well as Administrative team
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements in both the Marketing and Administrative functions of the role
  • Work on special projects and act as a general Administrative and Marketing support to the region with various other duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or general Business studies
  • 2+ years of administration or project coordination experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
