Formed in 2020, Neptune Pacific Line acquired Pacific Direct Line, bringing together two of the South Pacific’s top shipping and logistics companies to support the full supply chain of our customers in the region. We are growing and investing in our brand presence across the Pacific. We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist who enjoys variety, collaboration, and keeping projects moving.
In this role, you will support internal and external communications, help deliver high-visibility initiatives, and make sure our messaging is clear, consistent and on brand. You will work closely with teams across the business, helping connect people, ideas, and projects during an exciting time of change and expansion.
What you will do
Draft, edit and proofread communications for email, intranet, newsletters and blogs
Support brand consistency and act as a trusted partner to internal teams and suppliers
Coordinate content creation, including photo and video activities
Assist with corporate communications across HR, IT, Talent, Safety and other functions
Help manage regional marketing projects and timelines
Maintain the communications calendar across multiple channels
Create engaging content for corporate social channels and prepare recap reports
Provide coordination support for meetings, events and presentations
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment

What you will bring
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2 to 3 years experience in marketing, PR or communications
Strong writing and editing skills with great attention to detail
Comfortable managing deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
Confident communicator who works well with others and takes initiative
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Canva
Familiarity with PowerPoint and basic digital asset handling (cropping, resizing, etc.)
Event coordination experience is an advantage
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
