Lead with your CRM and multi-channel experience on your resume, and call out any work with email, SMS, direct mail or push notifications, especially if you’ve used Customer.io or are ready to learn it quickly.
Show a concrete example of how you used data to improve a campaign, include a brief case where testing or segmentation led to measurable results in a real project.
Be ready to talk about cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative and Acquisition, including how you translated a campaign objective into on-brand copy and assets and how you incorporated feedback from different teams.
Ask about how Mindful Chef plans lifecycle communications across Leads, Active and Winback segments, and what success looks like in the first 90 days for this role.
