Tips to help you stand out
Lead your resume with your end-to-end event coordination experience, especially where you’ve delivered corporate events from concept to execution and measured their impact.
Show how you prove the must-have skills by citing concrete examples: how you managed budgets, handled risk, used GoToWebinar or Eventbrite for live sessions, and leveraged a platform like HubSpot to support campaigns.
In interviews, be ready to discuss travel for on-site events across NZ and Australia, share how you balance multiple projects, and talk through a time you used AI to streamline a process or create an automation workflow.
Ask a targeted question about how the team currently uses AI in events and marketing, and what kind of automation or workflows they’d like to build next to run events smarter.
