  • Develop strategic campaigns that deliver awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead the Marketing Executive, support cross-department teams, and work with external digital/creative agencies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality output.

Champion the Kinross brand:

  • Protect and evolve the Kinross voice, tone, and visual standards.
  • Bring consistency, quality and creativity to everything guests see.

Create and manage content:

  • Oversee planning, filming, writing, posting and refining content across platforms.
  • Build an engaging, wine-soaked content calendar that excites and converts.

Drive digital excellence:

  • Manage Shopify listings, Wine Club communications and, and eDM campaigns.
  • Report on analytics to consistently improve performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Exec, and department managers to lift revenue across Cellar Door, Bistro, Events, Hotel and Wine Club.

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with digital experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and projects.
  • Confidence working autonomously and communicating with non‑technical teams.
  • Strong digital skills across social, ecommerce, CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation capabilities.
  • An organised, energetic, detail‑driven way of working.
  • A love for wine - or at least the enthusiasm to learn!

You’ll join a vibrant, passionate team in a spectacular part of Central Otago, where creativity is encouraged and your ideas genuinely shape our future.
