Accor’s Sofitel Brisbane Central is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the hotel’s integrated marketing across Rooms, Meetings & Events and F&B. Based onsite in Brisbane, you will form and lead a small marketing team, partner with Sales, Revenue, Ops and regional teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging while steering digital initiatives from SEO and PPC to email and social media. You will use data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns, manage budgets for measurable ROI, and craft content and partnerships with agencies and suppliers. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the hotel’s integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, market share and guest engagement across all segments — Rooms, Meetings & Events, and Food & Beverage.
This role blends creativity with commercial acumen. You will use data insights, market trends, and performance metrics to optimise campaigns, strengthen positioning, and maximise return on investment. As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Accor regional teams to deliver measurable results.
