Own GYG's delivery channel and drive growth across every platform we operate on.

Delivery is a critical and growing part of GYG's business. The Marketing Manager – Delivery owns the strategy, the Uber Eats relationship, the campaign calendar, and the performance metrics that keep GYG best-in-class on every delivery platform. You'll be the internal expert on the delivery channel and the person who makes sure every campaign, promotion, and platform integration delivers measurable commercial return.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, own, and execute GYG's delivery growth strategy and annual plan
  • Manage the day-to-day and strategic relationship with Uber Eats and other delivery platform partners
  • Negotiate joint business plans, promotional calendars, and commercial arrangements that deliver measurable ROI
  • Plan, brief, and manage delivery marketing campaigns end-to-end, including product launches and seasonal events
  • Track, analyse, and report on delivery channel performance including sales, order volume, basket size, and acquisition metrics
  • Work with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure delivery menus, pricing, and packaging are optimised
  • Lead the Marketing Executive – Delivery in the coordination and execution of campaigns
  • Manage the delivery marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of all activity

What You'll Bring

  • 5–8 years' marketing experience, with specific experience in delivery channel marketing, e-commerce, or digital performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing external commercial partnerships and negotiating with major platform partners
  • Strong campaign management skills with a track record of driving measurable sales outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting platforms
  • Experience in the QSR, retail, or FMCG industry preferred
  • Ability to manage a direct report and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build productive external relationships
