Your Role:

As Marketing Manager, Fertility & Endocrinology, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that support the growth of the fertility and endocrinology portfolios and strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals, clinics, patients, and other key stakeholders.

In this role, you will translate brand strategy into impactful multichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital initiatives, working in close partnership with Sales, Medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and alignment with business objectives. You will use market data, research, and performance insights to refine plans, identify growth opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing detailed marketing plans aligned to the Business Unit Brand Plan, managing agency partners, and contributing to forecasting and budget planning. In addition, you will co-lead the development and execution of strategic, action-oriented POA meetings in collaboration with Sales and Medical leadership.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in science or a related field, and bring several years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You combine strong therapeutic and customer understanding with the ability to develop brand plans, execute campaigns, and evaluate performance across multiple channels.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, CRM platforms, IQVIA, and other external data sources would be advantageous.
  • You are self-motivated, team-oriented, highly organized, and confident using Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English is required, and French would be an asset.

Pay Range for this position: $127,500 - $155,900CAD​
