Ideal candidates bring five to seven years in marketing or channel management, event management experience, data driven decision making, CRM and marketing platform knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage interdependencies. Bilingual English French is a plus.

What you'll do

 

 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the holistic omnichannel strategy to optimize GTM performance in communities. This role requires expertise in local activation, event coordination, and channel implementation.

 

 

Holistic Omni-channel Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop community attack playbook using appropriate channels
  • Optimize GTM performance across all channels
  • Create omnichannel strategies to maximize impact
  • Ensure experience consistency across all touchpoints

 

Local Activation and Event Calendar:

  • Create holistic view of event and activation calendar
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and enable community events and activities
  • Manage local activation in Falcon communities
  • Coordinate launches and local initiatives

 

Cross-Functional Alignment and Coordination:

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination
  • Coordinate with channel, product, and operations teams
  • Facilitate collaboration between different functions
  • Manage interdependencies between initiatives

 

Channel Enablement:

  • Develop playbooks
  • Create and manage training cadence
  • Attend training and support field sales teams

 

Marketing Assets Enablement and Coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing assets for channels, partners, influencers
  • Develop social selling strategies
  • Create social media playbooks
  • Develop campaigns, rallies, scripts, etc.

 

Qualifications


What you bring

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, communication, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, channel management, or commercial activation
  • Demonstrated experience in event management and local activation
  • Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and digital sales transformation
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination

 

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with project and event management tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Data analysis and performance measurement skills
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools

 

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
