The role leads innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch, acts as the innovation process expert guiding gate meetings and artwork approvals, and coordinates stakeholder alignment including global partners. You’ll manage timelines, flag risks, optimize the portfolio with SKU deletions, and advise on hurdle rates with sustainability metrics. Ideal candidates have FMCG project coordination experience, a track record of successful NPD launches, and strong stakeholder influence in fast growth environments.
