Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is hiring a Marketing Specialist on a 12 month FTC to support the Marketing Enablement team in Auckland onsite, with an ASAP through February 2026 window as the business undergoes transformation. The hands on role suits someone with 2–4 years’ experience across digital marketing tools such as CMS, marketing automation and analytics, who can keep workflows moving, assist with web content migrations, QA/UAT, reporting and day to day governance. You should be highly organized, a clear communicator, and comfortable collaborating across multiple workstreams. Nice to have digital advertising exposure or QA/UAT familiarity. Support our Marketing Enablement team through an exciting year of transformation 

 

Our Marketing Enablement team plays a critical role in the governance, training and maintenance of the marketing technology that powers our business. With several major projects underway over the next twelve months, we’re looking for an organised, proactive Marketing Specialist who can jump in, keep things running smoothly and support our digital tools and processes while the core team focuses on strategic delivery. 

 

This is a hands-on, varied role, perfect for someone early in their career with 2-4 years experience  across common digital marketing tools who enjoys learning on the job, switching contexts quickly and collaborating across an organisation. If you are someone who builds great relationships quickly and loves solving problems - we’d love to meet you.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support digital tool administration, including user provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and day-to-day governance 
  • Provide overflow support for digital activities like document management, email campaigns, analytics and reporting 
  • Coordinate and manage digital workflow tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed  
  • Assist with project delivery tasks such as web content migration, QA/UAT testing and documentation 
  • Help the team maintain momentum and keep work flowing during a high-volume project period 

 

About You 

You'll bring a mix of technical confidence, curiosity and great people skills, including: 

  • Experience working with digital marketing tools or systems, such as web CMS, marketing automation or analytics platforms 
  • Strong organisation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication  
  • Detail‑oriented and proactive approach to problem solving 
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and collaborating with a variety of roles 

 

It's great, but not required to have 

  • Exposure to digital advertising 
  • Familiarity with QA or UAT processes
