What You'll Do

Alliance Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute the MEA alliance strategy aligned with Oracle Communications business objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and grow relationships with Global System Integrators and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Define compelling joint value propositions that create mutual business value for Oracle, partners, and customers.
  • Establish and maintain strategic alliance roadmaps that support long-term regional growth.


Executive Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for key alliance partners across executive, sales, product, marketing, and technical organizations.
  • Build trusted executive relationships that foster collaboration and long-term strategic alignment.
  • Establish governance frameworks, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive steering committees, and joint planning sessions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership challenges while maintaining strong executive engagement.
     

Joint Go-to-Market and Business Development

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with measurable revenue, pipeline, and market development objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation through joint sales initiatives, executive engagement, industry events, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Enable Oracle sales teams with partner value propositions, solution positioning, and co-selling strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and accelerate strategic opportunities through collaborative selling motions.
     

Commercial Management

  • Support complex commercial negotiations, including partnership agreements, renewals, and strategic expansions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful commercial execution.
  • Contribute to forecasting activities and regional business planning.


Performance Management

  • Define, monitor, and communicate alliance performance metrics.
  • Track partner-influenced revenue, pipeline growth, solution adoption, and overall alliance health.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partner performance and improve business outcomes.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in Strategic Alliances, Partner Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales within Telecommunications or Enterprise Software.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, including organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, and Wipro.
  • Proven success delivering joint go-to-market strategies that generate measurable revenue growth across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives within Communications Service Providers and strategic partner organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Communications solutions, OSS/BSS transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
     

Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience working within a global technology organization.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and SaaS business models.
  • Experience leading complex multi-country alliance programs across the MEA region.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications transformation programs involving AI, cloud modernization, and network digitalization.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
