TransPerfect’s Media & Entertainment Intern in Toronto is an onsite role that supports relationships within the media and entertainment industry. You’ll define account strategy with stakeholders, identify potential clients, assist the sales team with presentations, proposals and quotes, help track the sales pipeline using CRM, conduct market research on trends and competitors, analyze data for opportunities, and, with supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients while helping plan events such as the Toronto International Film Festival and client appreciation activities. The ideal candidate is extroverted with excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive problem solving mindset, strong analytical and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office while pursuing a bachelor’s degree. The position of Media & Entertainment Intern is responsible for supporting business relationships within the media and entertainment industry.

What You Will Be Doing:
· Define with given stakeholders account strategy and innovation roadmap
· Research and identify potential clients
· Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
· Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
· Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy.
· With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
· Help plan and execute events such as for the Toronto International Film Festival, Blue Jays client appreciation event or other events as needed
