TransPerfect’s Media & Entertainment Intern in Toronto is an onsite role that supports sales by shaping account strategy with stakeholders, researching potential clients, preparing presentations and quotes, tracking the pipeline in CRM, conducting market research, analyzing data for opportunities, and helping plan events such as TIFF under supervision. The ideal candidate is extroverted with excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive problem solver, strong analytical and time management skills, and comfortable collaborating with diverse groups. You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position of Media & Entertainment Intern is responsible for supporting business relationships within the media and entertainment industry.

What You Will Be Doing:
· Define with given stakeholders account strategy and innovation roadmap
· Research and identify potential clients
· Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
· Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
· Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy.
· With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
· Help plan and execute events such as for the Toronto International Film Festival, Blue Jays client appreciation event or other events as needed
