Lion is seeking a full-time onsite Media Manager in Auckland to lead media, culture and growth for iconic brands across media, social and influencer activity. You’ll steer annual media planning, channel strategy and cross-brand campaigns, partner with Brand Managers, manage agency relationships, and oversee media investment to deliver clear brand and commercial impact. Expect to bring cultural insight to planning, drive social and creator thinking, and lead two Digital Experience Managers while supporting the Digital & Media Director on capability building. This is an exciting opportunity to lead media planning and execution across a portfolio of iconic brands while staying connected to channel evolution, emerging trends, creator platforms, social behaviours and new ways of reaching consumers.
Working closely with Brand teams, agency partners and key stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our media investment delivers impact while helping our brands reach audiences, earn attention and remain relevant in a rapidly changing landscape.
You’ll also act as a key operational partner to the Digital & Media Director, helping lift media, social and communications capability across the Marketing team.
