Genea Fertility SA is hiring a Medical Receptionist and Administration Assistant for a casual, on-site role in Adelaide, about 12 hours per week (Monday full day and Friday half day), with extra hours to cover sick and annual leave and potential growth. You’ll combine frontline reception with administration across patient files, referrals, Medicare rebates, invoices and data entry for a small team, making every day varied. Ideal candidates have experience in medical reception or administration; healthcare background helps but isn’t essential. Most important are outstanding communication, genuine patient care, solid computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administration Assistant, ideally with experience in healthcare, however this is not essential.
It is a really varied and dynamic role, so that must be something that appeals to you. No two days are the same, you will need to prioritise and plan each day while having a genuine desire to learn about Fertility.
