Job Description

Step into this part‑time (22.8 hours per week) role in Camberwell, where you’ll coordinate our dynamic Mental Health outpatient programs. You’ll be a key part of our dedicated administration team, reporting directly to the Allied Health Program Manager and supported by the Administration Team Leader. It’s a fantastic opportunity to let your organisational skills shine while making a meaningful impact!

You will make an impact by:

  • Delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused service
  • Managing all outpatient program referrals efficiently
  • Ensuring all referrals meet Health Fund and Compensable contract requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency
  • Previous experience in a Hospital or Medical Administration setting
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Confidence in working with and influencing stakeholders across Allied Health, Nursing, and VMOs
  • The ability to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment
