You’ll perform general plant maintenance and repairs, welding and fabrication, installation and upkeep of bin gate systems, basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, and travel between Ready Mix plants with occasional overnight shifts. Starting pay is $25 per hour with potential increases and relocation assistance for the right candidate, plus a company truck with tools and a gas card, and robust benefits including 401K with a 5% match and profit sharing. Millwright/Utility Repair Person 

What you can expect:

·         Starting Pay $25.00/per hour (more based on experience).

·         Relocation Assistance is available for the right candidate.

What you will do:

·         General maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery.

·         Willingness to work occasional overnight shifts and travel requiring overnight stays, as business needs arise. 

·         Focus on maintaining/repairing machine guarding.

·         Installation/maintenance/repair work on multiple types of bin gate systems and turrets.

·         Welding and fabricating.

·         Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around the concrete plant.

·         Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.

·         Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.

·         Assist with performing preventive maintenance tasks according to established maintenance schedules.

·         Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues and suggest courses of action for repair.

·         Travel between our Ready Mix Concrete plants.
