XCMG European Sales and Services GmbH seeks a Mobile Cranes Technician (m/f/x) in France to diagnose, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mobile crane systems, deliver on-site French language operator training, manage after-sales, warranty and spare parts cases, and serve as the French-speaking technical contact coordinating with suppliers, the factory and HQ. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of crane after-sales experience, a mechanical or engineering background, fluent French, and ERP/CRM or Excel experience.   • Diagnose, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of mobile cranes
  • Conduct on-site operator and maintenance training for French-speaking clients
  • Manage after-sales, warranty, and spare parts cases efficiently, coordinating supply and delivery schedules, and liaising with suppliers
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing clear solutions and maintaining communication with customers, factory, and technical teams
  • Analyze field issues, document service reports, and maintain case databases using Excel or system tools
  • Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to provide technical support, resolve pending cases, and enhance client training programs
  • Mechanical or engineering background, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in crane after-sales support
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of mobile cranes
  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English and Chinese would be an asset
  • Proactive team player, able to work independently and provide timely feedback
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or Excel is an advantage
